• Master's degree preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive leadership in transportation safety or related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the company's safety, fleet safety, and risk management strategy.
• Lead programs to promote a strong safety culture across drivers, dock, maintenance, and terminals.
• Oversee compliance with FMCSA, DOT, OSHA, EPA, and state/local safety requirements.
• Direct accident prevention initiatives and analyze safety performance metrics.
