- Strong understanding of regulatory environments and client expectations.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder influence.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and evolution of retail lending products.
- Establish client advisory boards to inform strategy.
- Transform legacy lending solutions to meet regulatory and client needs.
- Collaborate with CPO on cross-suite use cases.
- Represent Finastra at industry events and forums.
- Own go-to-market activities with sales collateral and RFI/RFP responses.
- Lead partner engagements and negotiate commercial constructs.
- Monitor competition and emerging tech for long-term planning.
