North American Dental Group is seeking a Vice President of Real Estate to lead the organization's real estate strategy, acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, development, and portfolio management. You will partner with executive leadership, finance, legal, and operations to optimize performance across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of corporate real estate portfolio management experience.
• 5+ years working cross-functionally with field operations.
• Proven record in acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, development, and portfolio management.
• Strong understanding of commercial real estate markets and investment principles.
• Excellent negotiation and contract management skills.

Responsabilités

• Serve as primary point of contact for all real estate-related matters for NADG.
• Manage 200+ lease portfolio; negotiate leases, renewals, and related agreements.
• Oversee negotiations with landlords and coordinate with legal reviews.
• Develop 3-5 year real estate strategy in collaboration with Operations.
• Lead development for new facilities and improvements to leased properties.
• Oversee design, construction, IT implementation, and handoff to operations.
