Job summary

North American Dental Group (NADG) seeks a highly experienced Vice President of Real Estate to lead the organization's real estate strategy, acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, development, and portfolio management. The role collaborates with executive leadership, finance, legal, and operations to optimize performance and manage risk across the portfolio.

Qualifications

Strategic leadership and governance experience in real estate.
Proven track record managing complex real estate portfolios.
Strong negotiation and contract management abilities.
Advanced financial modeling and underwriting expertise.

Responsibilities

Serve as primary point of contact for all real estate matters within NADG.
Manage all aspects of the real estate portfolio, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and development.
Lead lease negotiations, renewals, and landlord relationships with a focus on value and risk.
Develop multi-year real estate strategy in collaboration with Operations and executive teams.
Oversee site selection, design, construction, and handoff to operations.
Supervise outside counsel and service providers for real estate matters.
