All Flex Solutions is seeking a visionary VP of Quality to design, implement, and drive the enterprise-wide QMS. You will oversee AS9100, ISO9001, MIL-PRF-31032, UL, and ITAR compliance while guiding supplier quality, audits, and continuous improvement across manufacturing facilities.
The role requires strong executive presence, cross-functional leadership, and a track record of aligning quality initiatives with business objectives, customer expectations, and regulatory requirements.
Reporting to the CEO, the VP of Quality is responsible for the overall strategic design, planning, and execution of the enterprise-wide Quality Management System (QMS) at All Flex Solutions, ensuring that our products, processes, and practices meet the elite standards our customers have come to expect while simultaneously remaining aligned with our business objectives.
The VP of Quality has ultimate responsibility for designing, implementing, monitoring, and improving all elements of the QMS, including (but not limited to) AS9100, ISO9001, MIL-PRF-31032, UL, ITAR compliance, in-process quality assurance, audits, calibration, supplier quality including First Article inspection, root cause investigation and corrective action, overall QMS documentation control, management and disposition of non-conforming materials, and customer concern resolution.
As an executive leader at All Flex Solutions, a trained and empowered workforce is an important pillar of quality assurance, and the VP of Quality has responsibility (in close partnership with operations and engineering leaders) for organizing, scheduling, documenting, and facilitating the delivery of manufacturing and technical training to our direct labor and engineering workforce.
The VP of Quality is expected to be a visionary communicator, in both written and verbal communications, effectively crafting and delivering intended messages and adjusting to the target audience, including individual discussions with production floor personnel, presentations to senior management and the Board of Directors, or high-impact discussions with defense and commercial clients.
Partnering closely with the Commercial and Operations teams, the VP of Quality will oversee customer audits, quality-focused visits, and issue resolution in alignment with our go-to-market strategy. While their team drives day-to-day coordination, the Vice President personally leads all critical customer concern investigations owning containment, root-cause analysis, and long-term corrective action to prevent recurrence. Working alongside Commercial and Operations, they will ensure customer communication and follow-ups balance client expectations with business goals, reinforcing the external brand identity of All Flex Solutions built on trust, urgency, credibility, professionalism, and reliability.

The VP of Quality is responsible for providing overall leadership and management to the Quality department, leading a team of quality professionals who focus on All Flex Solutions’ quality initiatives. The VP of Quality is expected to be an executive leader within the company, providing direction, alignment, and motivation to teams not only within the Quality department, but also cross-functionally, partnering closely with Commercial, Operations, and Engineering teams to lead groups of all sizes and compositions to achieve All Flex Solutions’ business objectives.
This key position requires a minimum of eight to 10 years of combined quality, operations, engineering, and manufacturing leadership experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably with a technical and engineered product. The preferred candidate will possess an understanding of medical and defense industry standards for how PCBA interconnect flex circuits and Thermofoil heating solutions are produced. A bachelor’s degree in electrical, mechanical, industrial, and/or a quality engineering field is required; an advanced degree is desired. Advanced professional certification from ASQ or another recognized professional quality control organization is strongly preferred.
We offer a competitive base salary in the $175,000 to $225,000 range, based on experience and qualifications, along with an annual bonus and the opportunity to participate in long-term incentives, including a stock appreciation rights (SARs) program.
