Job summary

Bridgewell seeks a Vice President of Quality to lead the QA department, drive data-informed safety and equity, ensure regulatory alignment, and empower teams to deliver high-quality services across programs.

You will oversee incident reporting, audits, and ongoing improvement initiatives, partnering with leadership to embed a culture of continuous quality improvement and person-centered care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human services or related field (required).
• Master's degree preferred; supervisory leadership experience is essential.
• 5-7 years in supervisory roles within human services or related fields.
• Experience with CARF, DDS, DMH, DPH licensing/accreditation is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead QA department and supervise leaders to meet performance standards.
• Develop and implement data-driven QA/QI strategies aligned with regulations.
• Oversee incident reporting, audits, and compliance assessments agency-wide.
• Mentor staff to improve quality of care and services across programs.
• Prepare for licensing and accreditation reviews (CARF, DDS, HUD, DMH, DPH).
