Job summary

GuideWell, Inc. seeks a Vice President of Quality & Accreditation to lead clinical quality across Medicare and Commercial lines.

You will own HEDIS strategy, accreditation activities, and the vendor ecosystem that supports data collection and reporting. You will unify previously siloed quality functions into a single operating model, ensuring consistent measurement, documentation, and improvement enterprise-wide.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of leadership experience in health plan Quality, HEDIS, and Accreditation.
• Experience across Medicare and Commercial lines of business.
• Proven track record of improving HEDIS rates and accreditation outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Build a unified quality operating model across all lines of business, including Medicare and Commercial.
• Own enterprise accreditation strategy and execution, including NCQA/URAC.
• Lead enterprise HEDIS operations, vendor governance, and data collection improvements.
• Ensure governance, compliance, and cross-functional alignment on quality matters.
