Qualifications

• 8+ years in property management leadership roles, multi-site residential ops
• Experience managing budgets, P&Ls, data-driven decisions
• Strong team-building and coaching abilities
• Excellent communication with staff, owners, vendors
• Knowledge of fair housing, risk management, and PM software tools
• MBA or related advanced degree is a plus

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site PM teams and set vision for ops excellence
• Oversee leasing, collections, maintenance, resident relations and vendor partnerships
• Monitor occupancy, rents, expenses, and trend data to drive improvements
• Develop and manage operating budgets and reporting cadence
• Ensure legal compliance and consistent policies across properties
• Drive resident satisfaction, retention, and community initiatives
• Coordinate with development, acquisitions, and finance teams
• Build scalable PM systems to support growth and future expansion
