Job summary

Green Alpha Property Management is seeking a Vice President of Property Management to lead and shape our operations in the Southeast and Sunbelt regions. This hands-on role requires experience in multifamily property management, focusing on leadership development and financial performance.

The VP will be responsible for overseeing property operations, enhancing occupancy and revenue, as well as developing strong leadership teams.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive multifamily property management experience.
• Ability to travel regularly to properties and meetings.
• Meaningful LIHTC experience and understanding of HUD-assisted housing.
• Experience improving underperforming properties.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Regional Property Managers and property leadership teams.
• Drive occupancy, leasing, revenue, and expense control performance.
• Identify underperforming properties and develop corrective action plans.
• Maintain compliance with Fair Housing and applicable regulations.
