Job summary

Edenred Pay USA is seeking a Director of Customer Success to own the commercial relationship with strategic accounts across all products including invoice and pay automation. You will manage Net Value Retention, drive renewals, and lead a team of account managers in a data-driven, AI-enabled environment.

The role requires extensive payments/fintech experience, 8+ years in customer success, and 3+ years leading a team with retention targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
• Minimum eight years in customer success or account management in a payments, fintech, or B2B SaaS business.
• At least three years leading a team with retention targets.
• Experience taking a customer success function through growth in a private equity backed company.
• Experience redesigning customer success workflows using AI.

Responsibilities

• Own Net Revenue/Net Value Retention (NVR) and spend retention for strategic and essential accounts.
• Lead account managers and drive cross-functional collaboration.
• Develop and maintain a written two-to-three year account management plan.
• Define and publish the account coverage model at scale and the playbooks used by the team.
• Apply AI and automation to account management processes and measure impact.
• Ensure renewals and expansions are managed end-to-end with executive engagement.
