Job summary

CLEAR is seeking a visionary Director of Product, Mobile to own the strategy, roadmap, and outcomes for the CLEAR mobile app in the United States. You will shape a suite of features into an intelligent travel companion and drive adoption, engagement, and member value across iOS and Android.

Lead a small product team, connect identity capabilities with real-time travel context, and deliver proactive, personalized experiences.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in product management, building and scaling consumer mobile products.
• Ability to set inspiring product vision and sequence work into strategic bets.
• Experience leading and developing product managers, including as player-coach.
• Track record delivering large-scale mobile app initiatives with scalable architecture.
• Strong customer empathy turning needs and data into compelling experiences.

Responsibilities

• Establish CLEAR’s Mobile app strategic vision and product roadmap in alignment with goals and member needs.
• Own the mobile product portfolio end to end, including strategy, discovery, prioritization, delivery, launch, and optimization for iOS and Android.
• Transform the app into an intelligent travel companion guiding preparation, navigation, ordering, lounge access, and disruptions.
• Define proactive, context-aware experiences translating real-time data into useful actions.
• Extend app value beyond airport, encouraging return use and deeper member relationships.
• Be accountable for mobile adoption, activation, engagement, retention, and contribution to membership goals.
• Build and lead a high-performing product team, coaching and scaling as needed.
• Create a durable product operating model with analytics, experimentation, reliability, accessibility.
