- Reports to Eftal Yurtseven (CEO) Why I'm writing this myself We've spent the last few years building the infrastructure behind some of the fastest-growing AI products. Today each::labs gives developers one API across 600+ image, video, audio and 3D models, plus an orchestration layer that decides what should run where. More than 20,000 developers use it.
Until now, I've been the one deciding what we build next. That got us here. It won't get us where we're going.
I'm looking for the person who will own product at each::labs. Not help with it. Own it.
The role
You'll set the product vision and the roadmap, and you'll decide what we stop doing. You'll hire and lead the product team, work hand in hand with engineering, and sit next to me in San Francisco.
The questions on the table are big. What does the orchestration layer for generative AI look like in two years? How should a studio think about cost, quality and speed across hundreds of models? What should we build ourselves, and what should we leave to others?
I don't have all the answers. I'd like to find them with you.
What You'll Own
- Product vision, strategy and the roadmap that follows from them
- Building and leading the product team: hiring, coaching, setting the bar
- The trade-offs between engineering, design, GTM and marketing
- The metrics that tell us whether the product is actually working
- Staying close to customers, model labs and a landscape that changes every week
You might be a fit if…
- You've led product at a developer platform, API, AI or infrastructure company, and the product grew on your watch
- You've built and led product teams, ideally from small to not-so-small
- You can go deep on a technical architecture and then explain it in one slide
- You have strong opinions, held loosely, and you'll tell me when I'm wrong
- You've done this at an early-stage or fast-growing company and you liked it
Probably not for you if…
- You need a large org around you to have impact
- You'd rather present a strategy than ship one
- You're not ready to be on site in San Francisco
What we offer

- Annual salary reviews and a bonus scheme tied to MRR and product milestones
- On-site in San Francisco, working directly with me
