Job summary

Tantalus Systems is seeking a visionary Vice President of Product Management to lead the strategy and execution for distribution-grid solutions. You will architect the PM organization, set governance, and ensure product investments translate into measurable business outcomes.

Reporting to executive leadership, you will partner with Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Services to drive market-leading differentiation and strong customer value in a fast-growing energy tech landscape.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive experience in product management, product strategy, or related leadership roles.
• Deep electric utility domain experience, especially distribution grid technologies.
• Proven ability to define vision, build roadmaps, and lead cross-functional execution.

Responsibilities

• Define a multi-year product vision and strategy for the distribution grid portfolio.
• Lead and mentor a high-performing product management organization.
• Oversee portfolio execution, governance, and investment decisions to drive business outcomes.
• Partner with Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Leadership to align product investments with market needs.
