Qualifications

• Master's degree required; degree in Business, Public Health, or Healthcare Administration preferred.
• MD or DO with Board Certification required; licensed in Indiana or ability to obtain license.
• Requires 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Requires 5+ years of executive or 10+ years of senior management in managed care.
