Job summary

Brown & Brown seeks a VP Financial Analytics & Modeling Leader to define and drive analytics strategy for its national pharmacy consulting practice. You will lead actuaries and analysts, shaping financial models, tools, and forecasting methodologies across the organization.

You will act as a strategic advisor to leadership and clients, guiding governance, data platforms, and talent development to support growth and innovation in PBM analytics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, actuarial science, or related analytical discipline.
• Actuarial designation (ASA, FSA, MAAA) preferred, or equivalent experience with actuarial-based forecasting.
• 10+ years in pharmacy benefit consulting, PBM financial analysis, or related healthcare financial strategy.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the national financial analytics team, mentoring and scaling talent.
• Define evolution of financial models and tools aligned with PBM pricing structures.
• Drive innovation to enhance analytics platforms, automation, and insights.
• Serve as SME on PBM financials, contract terms, and pricing mechanics.
• Partner with leadership and product teams to advance integrated solutions.
