Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, actuarial science, or related field.
• 10+ years in pharmacy benefit consulting or healthcare financial strategy.
• Actuarial designation ASA/FSA/MAAA preferred; strong forecasting & modeling experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the national financial analytics team.
• Define evolution of financial models and tools; align with PBM pricing.
• Drive innovation in analytics and proprietary tools for insights and scalability.
• Provide strategic oversight of financial deliverables across client work.
• Guide actuarial forecasting methods reflecting market dynamics and contract terms.
