Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Leadership, or related field.
• 12+ years of progressive Human Resources leadership experience, including 5+ years as head of HR or a senior HR leader.
• Experience partnering with leaders across multiple countries to align HR strategies and compliance.
• Demonstrated success as a strategic advisor to executive leaders.
• Experience leading organizational transformation, workforce planning, and leadership development.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a member of the Executive Leadership Team and advise on organizational strategy.
• Lead workforce planning, succession planning, and talent reviews across the organization.
• Own the total rewards strategy, including compensation philosophy and benefits.
• Oversee HR operations, including HRIS and payroll data integrity.
• Manage compliance with federal and state employment laws in U.S. operations.
• Travel up to 15% to support leadership partnership and initiatives.
