The Moore Center is seeking an experienced, strategic Vice President of Human Resources to join our Senior Leadership Team and lead our organization-wide people strategy. This role focuses on attracting, developing, engaging, and retaining a talented workforce while cultivating an inclusive, mission-driven culture.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or related field.
• 8–10 years HR experience with leadership responsibilities.
• Experience advising senior executives on workforce matters.
• Strong knowledge of talent management, compensation, benefits, and compliance.
• SHRM-SCP, SHRM-CP, SPHR, or PHR preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and lead HR strategy aligned with The Moore Center’s mission and goals.
• Advise executive leadership on workforce planning, organizational development, and culture.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, retention, engagement, performance, compensation and benefits.
• Lead professional development, leadership development, and succession planning.
• Foster a collaborative, inclusive, accountable workplace aligned with mission.
• Use workforce data to inform leadership decisions and strengthen effectiveness.
• Provide leadership to the HR team and standardize practices across the organization.
• Stay current on HR trends and employment requirements to drive improvements.
• Contribute to Senior Leadership Team strategy and organizational change initiatives.
