Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Optical/Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- 15+ years of fiber optic components and optical interconnect experience.
- 5+ years in senior engineering/innovation leadership roles.
- Experience with NPI from concept to production ramp-up.
Responsibilities
- Lead global R&D for next-generation passive optical interconnect technologies and precision ferrules.
- Develop and execute short- and long-term technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives.
- Establish a clear technology vision to drive innovation, manufacturability, and performance.
- Partner with executives to prioritize R&D investments and capabilities.
- Oversee new product development programs from concept through high-volume production.
