ProShares is seeking a senior operations leader to drive execution across Operations & Technology, Portfolio Management, Portfolio Operations, Project Management, and Client Services. You will partner with senior leadership to align strategic initiatives, improve governance, and reduce risk.

You will oversee budgeting, vendor governance, process optimization, and change management, translating strategy into measurable improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 10–15+ years of experience in investment management with operations/technology exposure.
• Proven ability to lead complex cross-functional initiatives in a regulated environment.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process-improvement skills.
• Excellent organizational and project-management capabilities; strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic operational initiatives across Operations, Technology, Portfolio Management, Portfolio Operations, Project Management, and Client Services, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities.
• Translate strategic priorities into actionable plans, measurable outcomes, and sustainable operational improvements.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, governance, reduce risk, and improve business processes.
• Establish governance frameworks and best practices that promote consistency, scalability, and operational excellence.
• Provide executive oversight of vendor relationships, including performance management, contract governance, due diligence, and cost optimization.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, expense management, and resource planning across multiple functions.
• Resolve operational issues, remove barriers, and drive accountability across teams.
• Oversee shared infrastructure, systems, and controls to ensure effective operations and governance.
