Job summary

Bluegrass Supply Chain Services is seeking a Vice President of Operations to lead the performance and growth of our multi-state 3PL network from the Bowling Green, KY headquarters. This executive role owns full operational and P&L accountability across KY, TN, OH, IN, AL, and GA, serving food-grade and regulated products, with omnichannel fulfillment and value-added services.

Qualifications

• 10+ years leading operations in 3PL, warehousing, or distribution.
• 5+ years multi-site leadership.
• Full P&L ownership and track record of improving service and cost.
• Experience opening new facilities or launching major accounts.

Responsibilities

• Own full operational and P&L accountability across Kentucky, Tennessee, Ohio, Indiana, Alabama, and Georgia.
• Lead a multi-site network including food-grade and regulated products.
• Improve inventory accuracy, labor productivity, and cost-to-serve while sustaining service.
• Build a bench of site managers, supervisors, and directors for succession.
