Fontaine Modification Company is seeking a hands-on, strategic Vice President of Operations to lead nine sites and drive operational performance across production, procurement, and continuous improvement. You will ensure safe, high-quality modified vehicles are delivered on time and at a competitive cost, with a focus on lean practices and data-driven management.

The role requires deep multi-site manufacturing leadership, experience in low-volume, high-mix environments, and readiness to travel

Qualifications

• Proven track record in multi-site manufacturing leadership.
• Experience aligning production, procurement, quality, and safety with business goals.
• Strong change management and people leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Set and implement the operating strategy for nine sites across the network.
• Lead capacity planning, scheduling, labor deployment, and on-time delivery.
• Develop sourcing, supplier performance, and inventory strategies.
