Job summary

The RLP Group is seeking a results-driven Vice President to optimize operational efficiency and profitability across the organization in Tucson, AZ. This role requires high financial acumen, data-driven decision-making, and the ability to lead both onsite and remote teams.

You will drive strategic planning, mentor senior leaders, and implement scalable processes to meet budget targets and growth objectives, while partnering with Sales to expand revenue and client relationships.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of proven leadership experience.
• Director-level or higher experience.
• Experience managing onsite and remote teams.
• Strategic thinker with strong analytical and tech acumen.
• Proven track record of leading profitable growth.
• Strong operational and financial acumen.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational oversight including financial planning, personnel, assets, and profitability with executive alignment.
• Lead development and execution of an operations and customer support strategy and strategic plan.
• Provide management and mentorship to senior leaders and instill best practices.
• Assess current SOPs, identify opportunities, and collaborate with executives to address issues.
• Manage and report on key operational processes, budget, and KPIs.
• Collaborate with executives to craft an annual business plan and forecast growth.
• Partner with Sales to grow top-line revenue through customer relationships.
