The RLP Group is seeking a results-driven Vice President to oversee operations across the organization, drive profitability, and align resources with budget targets. The role demands tech-savvy leadership, strong financial acumen, and the ability to turn data into actionable plans.

You will lead operations and customer support strategy, mentor senior managers, refine SOPs, and report on performance metrics.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of proven leadership experience.
• Director-level or above experience preferred.
• Experience managing onsite and remote teams.

Responsabilités

• Provide operational oversight including financial planning and resource utilization.
• Lead development and execution of operations and customer support strategy.
• Mentor senior management and implement best practices in ops and sales.
• Assess SOPs, address issues with executive leadership, and drive improvements.
• Manage key processes, budget reporting, and performance indicators.
• Partner with leadership to forecast growth and drive revenue with the Sales team.
