The RLP Group is seeking a results-driven Vice President of Operations to drive profitability and efficiency across the organization. You will oversee financial planning, governance, and performance metrics while leading both onsite and remote teams.

Collaborate with executives to develop annual plans, optimize SOPs, and scale customer success. A proven track record in strategic leadership and financial acumen is required; Bachelor's degree is mandatory.

Formación

• Minimum of 10 years of proven leadership experience.
• Director-level role or above experience.
• Experience managing onsite and remote teams.
• Strategic thinker with strong analytical and technological skills to develop, execute and manage programs, metrics and solutions.
• Proven track record of profitable growth for an organization over time.
• Strong operational and financial acumen with measurable success in planning and execution.
• Bachelor's degree required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide operational oversight including financial planning, personnel, asset management, and alignment with executive leadership for profitability.
• Lead the assessment, plan development, and execution of a full-scale operations and customer support strategy; formulate and implement a strategic plan.
• Provide professional management and leadership, mentoring senior managers and instilling best practices from operations and sales perspectives.
• Assess SOPs, manage by exception, identify opportunities for improvement; work with the executive team on strategic, tactical, and operating issues.
• Manage and report on key operational processes, financial budget, and performance indicators.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to develop an annual business plan and forecast long-term growth and expansion.
• Partner with Sales to grow top-line revenue by managing customer relationships.
