What You Will Be Doing

Your leadership will focus on one of the following areas, depending on your expertise:

  • Regulatory Operations: Drive the process of securing necessary state and local approvals.
  • Campus Expansion: Oversee construction, vendor management, and timeline adherence.
  • Student Systems & Support: Lead onboarding, provisioning, and change management.
  • Financial Operations: Manage budgets, financial models, and reporting with precision.

In every role, you'll work cross-functionally to ensure delivery and results, beyond mere advisory capacities.

Basic Requirements

We are looking for leaders with the capability to execute swiftly and clearly across various operational domains. Essential qualifications include:

  • Experience with top-tier strategy consulting firms (such as MBB, Deloitte S&O, Strategy&, etc.)
  • 10+ years in operational leadership in regulated, large-scale, or launch-critical settings
  • Expertise in one or more areas: public approvals, site launches, internal operations with SLAs, financial management
  • Proficiency with AI tools to streamline processes and enhance speed
  • U.S. work authorization and willingness to travel approximately 25% of the time

Working with us

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $200 USD/hour, which equates to $400,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
