Job summary

Inergroup is seeking a VP of Operations to lead the execution of complex, mission-critical construction programs across the Dallas–Fort Worth region, including airports, healthcare campuses, education facilities, and industrial projects.

You will drive safety, schedule adherence, cost control, and quality, while building high‑performing teams, managing P&L, and partnering with executive leadership to grow the business.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive leadership in commercial construction.
• Experience overseeing large, complex infrastructure projects (airports, hospitals, campuses).
• Strong financial acumen including P&L management and margin performance.
• Exceptional leadership, executive communication, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations across preconstruction, project management, and field operations.
• Establish operational strategy aligned with goals and client expectations.
• Lead safety, quality, scheduling, and cost controls across projects.
• Partner with Corporate Finance/Accounting to achieve financial goals and budgets.
• Prepare and present weekly updates to CEO and senior leadership.
• Drive continuous improvement and standardized best practices.
• Mentor and develop operational leaders and project teams.
