Job Opportunity: Operations Lead at LDC Stone, Inc.

Location: Addison, TX

Schedule: M-F, 8am-5pm, 40 hours/week

Job Responsibilities:

1. Lead, control, and manage company-wide operations for a stone import and manufacturing company with six locations across the U.S.
2. Develop strategic alliances and partnerships.
3. Oversee regulatory compliance within the operations department.
4. Plan and develop initiatives and policies for procurement and supply chain management.
5. Lead and direct distribution chain and logistical activities of the supply chain.
6. Create and implement SIOP models.
7. Lead the implementation of MRP systems and forecast systems for manufacturing and distribution systems.
8. Lead process improvement initiatives.
9. Develop and implement integrated supply systems.
10. Lead transformation of global supply chain operations through development and execution of supply chain simplification and productivity projects.
11. Plan, develop, and implement the supply chain budget; review operational performance using quality, cost, and service metrics.

Minimum Requirements:

• 5 years of experience in financial management, supply chain, logistics, procurement, operations, and distribution management within engineered and natural stone industries.
