Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 4 years of experience in Radiation Oncology.
• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse or Registered Radiation Therapist preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct clinical practice and unit operations; develop policies and standards.
• Ensure adherence to standards of care and promote accountability.
• Foster interdisciplinary collaboration across departments to meet patient needs.
• Manage variation in clinical practice to improve efficiency and cost.
• Ensure efficient patient throughput via forecasting, flow coordination, and discharge planning.
• Develop strategies to elevate patient experience and benchmark performance for improvements.
