Qualifications

Advanced knowledge of mechanical systems, products and processes.
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Construction Management.

Responsibilities

Establish metrics and guidelines to evaluate efficiency and identify improvement opportunities.
Review and analyze business procedures; implement policy changes.
Ensure safe and adequate work environments; lead client relationships.
Oversee Project & BIM managers; mentor project, BIM and field managers.
Oversee prefabrication, PVF purchasing; align with budgets/goals.
Direct manpower budgets and forecast resources across divisions.
