Responsabilidades

• Define and lead the category Doxel is creating at the intersection of AI and construction.
• Define and execute the overarching marketing strategy aligned to company goals.
• Own positioning, messaging, and customer narrative across all decks and plans.
• Own category narrative, brand, and thought leadership at market level.
• Direct demand generation and field marketing with ICP targeting and ABM tactics.
• Recruit, coach, and lead a lean but senior marketing team across functions.
• Partner with product, sales, and executives to influence roadmap and narrative decisions.
