VP of Marketing - Remote

We're now growing fast and looking for a hands-on VP of Marketing to lead our global marketing efforts and take our positioning, messaging, and brand to the next level. If you're excited about driving market demand, refining product-market fit, and leading high-impact marketing initiatives in a fast-paced startup, we'd love to meet you.

Responsibilities
  • Own the company's marketing end-to-end
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to achieve business goals
  • Drive customer acquisition through high-impact marketing activities and demand generation
  • Manage the marketing budget, ensuring ROI-driven investments across activities to support business growth
  • Onboard and manage contractors and external resources across the full spectrum of marketing activities, including campaigns, events, outbound initiatives, website operations, marketing automation, SEO, social media, and more
  • Conduct market analysis to identify challenges and opportunities for growth
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in a similar leadership role in a product company within the cybersecurity industry (B2B)
  • Proven experience in customer acquisition, demand generation, and product marketing
  • Strong strategic planning and execution skills, with the ability to develop and lead strategic and performance marketing initiatives
  • Experience in budget management and ROI-driven marketing investments
  • A highly collaborative, team-oriented individual who thrives in new situations and fast-paced, iterative projects
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Creative, responsible, self-starter, and fast learner
