Job summary

Presbyterian Healthcare Foundation seeks a strategic fundraising leader to serve as Vice President, Major & Planned Giving. This role oversees a program generating ~80% of annual philanthropic revenue and leads a team of major gift and planned giving professionals in Albuquerque, NM.

The ideal candidate will secure six- and seven-figure gifts, build strong teams, and drive campaign readiness to support future growth, with healthcare philanthropy experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 10+ years of progressive fundraising experience.
• Proven ability to secure six- and seven-figure gifts.
• Experience closing planned gifts and complex assets.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for major gifts, planned giving, grateful patient philanthropy, and donor engagement.
• Lead a high-performing team of major gift and planned giving professionals.
• Personally secure six- and seven-figure gifts and manage a portfolio of ~100 prospects.
• Oversee the Luminary Circle program and donor stewardship initiatives.
• Partner with physicians, executives, boards, and volunteers to deepen donor relationships.
