Job summary

K. Hovnanian Companies, LLC is seeking a Vice President of Operations to guide the division's Construction, Quality Assurance, Scheduling, Homeowner Service, Plans, Purchasing, and Home Design Gallery.

You will drive strategic planning, align cross-functional teams, and monitor costs to ensure profitable execution of homebuilding projects. The role requires a minimum of 10 years in high-volume residential construction within a large corporate environment.

Qualifications

Minimum of 10 years' experience in high-volume residential construction in a large corporate environment.
Proficiency in construction and understanding how construction, purchasing, architecture and quality are linked.
Bachelor's degree preferably in construction management or related discipline; advanced degree is a plus.

Responsibilities

Oversee management and strategic planning of the Division’s Construction, Quality Assurance, Scheduling, Homeowner Service, Plans, Purchasing, and Home Design Gallery.
Ensure consistent execution of construction processes to meet goals and control costs.
Lead cross-functional alignment between construction, sales, purchasing, architecture, quality, and design.
Maintain extensive interaction with Corporate Senior Management.
