Qualifications

• Experience with lending technology, digital lending, and loan origination systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive leadership for the lending function and portfolio performance.
• Develop and execute lending strategy to drive growth, profitability, and risk management.
• Oversee underwriting standards, credit quality, and risk controls across lending lines.
• Coordinate with finance, operations, and board to report on lending performance and strategy.
• Manage budgeting, staffing, and technology investments in the lending group.
