Job summary

You will oversee the entire lending lifecycle, from origination to servicing, while balancing growth with prudent risk management and regulatory compliance.

The role requires extensive leadership experience, executive decision-making, and the ability to drive loan growth, optimize portfolio performance, and deliver exceptional member experiences.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in consumer lending, retail banking or credit union lending operations.
• 5+ years in executive or senior leadership roles managing consumer lending teams.
• Proven track record in portfolio growth, loan production, and profitability management.

Responsibilities

• Lead consumer lending strategy across direct, indirect and digital channels.
• Oversee underwriting standards, pricing, and product profitability.
• Drive growth while managing credit risk and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate with executive leadership to achieve loan production and service goals.
• Ensure operational excellence, staffing optimization, and member satisfaction.
