Center for Social Dynamics (CSD) is seeking a strategic Vice President of Learning and Development to shape enterprise-wide learning, leadership pipelines, and competency frameworks. You will build scalable programs, align initiatives with clinical excellence, growth plans, and workforce needs, and collaborate with clinical, operational, talent, and executive teams to advance CSD's mission.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Education, Curriculum & Instruction, Instructional Design, Organizational Development, or related field required.
• BCBA certification preferred or equivalent leadership experience.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive leadership experience in learning and development, training, or workforce development.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute enterprise-wide L&D strategy aligned with organizational priorities.
• Create long-term vision for employee growth and leadership readiness.
• Oversee onboarding and training experiences to accelerate readiness and performance.
• Lead CSD University and competency-based career pathways across the organization.
• Partner with clinical, operations, talent, quality, and executive leaders to integrate learning with business goals.
• Establish organization-wide competency frameworks and metrics for success.
