This leadership role guides a team of IT professionals, translating technology investments into measurable business outcomes while partnering with operations, finance, HR, safety, and business development to drive value and continuity.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive IT leadership experience.
• Experience leading technology functions within construction, engineering, manufacturing, industrial services, or related industries preferred.
• Demonstrated success managing infrastructure, cybersecurity, enterprise applications, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Experience working with executive leadership teams and managing technology budgets.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a multi-year IT strategy aligned with company growth objectives.
• Lead IT team and manage budgets; establish governance, standards, and roadmaps.
• Ensure security, reliability, and scalability of the technology environment.
• Partner with Operations, Finance, HR, Safety, and Business Development to drive value.
