Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive IT leadership in a multi-unit restaurant or QSR environment.
• Hands-on experience with restaurant POS systems and digital ordering platforms.
• Demonstrated ability to lead large-scale technology implementations.
• Strong vendor management and contract negotiation experience.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and compliance (PCI, SOX).
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the IT roadmap aligned with rapid multi-unit expansion.
• Lead implementation of POS, digital ordering, back-office, and QSR technology systems across corporate and franchise locations.
• Build and manage vendor and service partner relationships.
• Oversee cybersecurity frameworks, network reliability, and data governance.
• Partner with Operations, Finance, and Marketing on technology strategy.
• Support new location openings from a technology standpoint.
• Lead and develop a high-performing IT team.
