Job summary

Qualifications

• 10+ years managing IT operations and departments.
• 3–5 years direct management of a major IT operation.
• Strong command of IT service management, Service Desk, monitoring.
• Experience with cloud and on‑prem, networking, DR, cybersecurity.
• HIPAA and HITRUST knowledge.
• ITIL certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for IT operations, infrastructure, and applications.
• Oversee IT service delivery, monitoring, and incident response.
• Manage budgets, vendor relationships, and contracts.
• Lead modernization and cloud adoption initiatives.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and information security controls.
• Mentor and develop IT talent and cross‑functional teams.
