Zusammenfassung

Caring for Others is seeking a Senior HR executive to drive people strategy and organizational design across multiple states and entities. Reporting to the CEO with a seat at the executive table, you will shape the HR systems and infrastructure that scale with growth.

You will own total rewards, payroll integrity, and HRIS/ATS platforms, while leading a high-performing HR team and ensuring compliance at scale. This is a 90%+ on-site role at our Central Oregon HQ with relocation support included.

Qualifikationen

• Senior HR executive with multi-state/multi-entity experience.
• Deep expertise in payroll, HRIS, benefits and total rewards.
• Strategic partner to CEOs/boards with hands-on execution.

Aufgaben

• Serve as strategic partner to CEO and executive team on workforce strategy and design.
• Own HR function's seat at leadership table and report on workforce health to ownership.
• Build and lead a high-performing HR leadership team across multiple states/entities.
• Set enterprise-wide HR operating model including SOPs and processes for growth and acquisitions.
• Ensure payroll accuracy and optimize HRIS/ATS/benefits platforms for scale.
• Oversee complex employee relations, investigations, and compliance at scale.
• Lead total rewards design and payroll integrity for efficiency and scalability.
• Drive talent and culture strategy across full lifecycle, including succession planning.
• Use workforce data to deliver executive insights for board decisions.
• Lead HR due diligence and integration for new markets/acquisitions.
