Job description

We are a highly selective, multi-strategy investment firm with deep expertise across venture and private equity, deploying significant capital into the most consequential companies shaping the future of technology. Our focus is laser-sharp on artificial intelligence and the foundational layers that will define the next several decades: deep tech, infrastructure, compute, robotics, space, autonomous systems, and the enabling technologies that power them.

We partner with exceptional founders and management teams from seed through growth and beyond, providing not just capital but strategic insight, network access, and long-term ownership alignment. Our track record, reputation, and concentrated approach attract the highest-caliber opportunities and talent in the market.

The Opportunity

We are seeking a Vice President of Growth to join our investment team in New York. This is a high-impact, highly visible role for an exceptional investor who wants to operate at the center of the AI technology wave. You will source, diligence, and drive investments in category-defining companies, work side-by-side with partners on live deals, and help shape the firm’s strategy in one of the most dynamic and capital-intensive sectors of our time.

This is not a pure sourcing or pure diligence role. You will own real investment decisions, build lasting relationships with founders and co-investors, and help build portfolio companies that matter. Strong candidates—whether actively looking or currently thriving elsewhere—will find this an unusually compelling platform: meaningful ownership, direct access to decision-making, and the chance to invest at the frontier of AI, deep tech, infrastructure, robotics, and space.

What You Will Do
  • Source and originate high-conviction investment opportunities in AI-native and AI-enabled companies across software, infrastructure, deep tech, robotics, space, and adjacent domains
  • Lead or co-lead rigorous diligence processes, including market analysis, competitive positioning, technology assessment, unit economics, and management evaluation
  • Build and maintain deep relationships with founders, technical talent, operators, and other investors in the AI and deep-tech ecosystems
  • Partner closely with senior investment professionals on deal structuring, negotiation, and portfolio company support
  • Contribute to investment memos, internal debates, and firm-wide strategy discussions on AI and next-generation technology themes
  • Help identify and evaluate growth-stage opportunities where capital, operational leverage, and strategic insight can accelerate category leadership
  • Represent the firm externally with credibility and intellectual rigor
Who You Are
  • Exceptional investor with a demonstrated track record of identifying and evaluating high-quality technology companies, ideally with exposure to AI, deep tech, infrastructure, robotics, or related areas
  • Experience in venture capital, growth equity, private equity, or a relevant operating/strategy role at a high-performing technology company or investment bank
  • Sharp analytical skills combined with genuine intellectual curiosity about technology and markets
  • Strong network and the ability to generate proprietary deal flow
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; able to synthesize complex technical and commercial information into clear investment theses
  • High ownership mentality, low ego, and the judgment to operate effectively in a collaborative, high-standards environment
  • Based in (or willing to relocate to) New York or San Francisco
Why This Role

You will work on a concentrated set of the most important technology investments of this cycle. You will have real influence on capital allocation decisions, direct access to partners, and the opportunity to build long-term relationships with the founders and technologists defining the AI era. Compensation is highly competitive and includes meaningful carried interest and long-term alignment.

This is a rare seat for someone who wants to invest at the highest level in the technologies that will matter most over the next decade and beyond.
