The ideal candidate scales complex marketplaces or fintech platforms with product-led growth, data models, and experimentation culture. This role reports to executive leadership in a fast-paced, innovative team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, CS, Economics, or related field.
• MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years in Growth, Product Growth, Marketplace Growth or related roles.

Responsibilities

• Design the growth operating system including frameworks and measurements.
• Embed growth strategies into the collector experience with Product and Engineering.
• Scale ecosystem growth loops across Fanatics Collect platform.
