Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field (advanced degree preferred).
• 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in business development, sales, marketing, or related area.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in a B2B environment; manufacturing/industrial services experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Shape and execute ITU AbsorbTech’s Strategic Sustainability Plan and long-term goals as a Strategic Management Team member.
• Develop and execute strategies that drive sustainable revenue growth, market expansion, and customer retention.
• Lead and develop high-performing teams across Business Development, Service & Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, First Aid, and Direct Apparel.
• Identify market and competitive trends, strengthen customer and strategic relationships, and translate opportunities into action.
• Establish business objectives, KPIs, forecasts, and budgets to drive accountability and informed decision-making.
• Partner across the organization to strengthen talent, leadership capability, succession planning, branding, and customer experience while aligning with our Business Tenets.
