Job summary

Korn Ferry is seeking a Vice President of Marketing & Growth in Dallas to evolve the marketing function into a measurable, multi-growth-line organization. The role reports to the CEO and partners across IT, Strategy, Sales, and Legal to drive strategy, execution, and operating-system maturation.

As a leader of leaders, the executive will build scalable programs, transform strategy into market growth, and lead teams in marketing technology, data management, and demand generation.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressively responsible leadership experience across multiple marketing disciplines in B2B settings.
• 10+ years leading teams and cross-functional initiatives, including leaders of leaders.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building capabilities.
• Ability to prioritize effectively and manage competing demands.

Responsibilities

• Drive execution and deliver results for scalable marketing systems and processes.
• Oversee marketing data, reporting, budgeting, and performance measurement.
• Shape demand generation, product positioning, and go-to-market strategy across lines.
• Lead content, events, and channel programs to maximize reach and ROIs.
• Provide strategic direction for brand, reputation, and corporate communications.
