Job summary
Nextpower is seeking a VP of Reliability to define and lead the company’s global reliability strategy across all products and lifecycle phases. This senior leader will ensure product performance, durability, and risk are understood and managed in line with business goals.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical field is required.
- Advanced degree is preferred for this senior role.
- Experience leading global, cross-functional technical teams is essential.
- Proven track record influencing release decisions and managing executive risk.
- Industry experience with high reliability and long lifecycle needs is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Define and deploy a global reliability strategy across design, validation, and field performance.
- Own executive-level assessment of product reliability risk for new products and design changes.
- Position reliability as a competitive differentiator in product strategy and customer value.
- Integrate reliability insights with financial planning and risk management.
