Job summary

Peregrine Technologies is seeking a VP of Financial Planning & Analysis to build the financial engine for growth, including long-range modeling, annual operating plan, and forecasting. You will scale the FP&A team, partner with executives, and own financial reporting for the CFO, Board, and investors.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive finance experience with startup and mature company exposure.
• Strong financial modeling capability and data fluency.
• Experience with government contracting or regulated environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build multi-year financial model translating strategy into driver-based roadmap.
• Lead company-wide annual operating plan and headcount planning.
• Establish monthly budget vs. actual cadence and variance analysis.
• Develop forecasting for multi-segment GTM across public-sector and commercial.
• Own FP&A reporting for CFO, board, investors, and future financings.
