Job summary

JPMorganChase is seeking a Vice President in the Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) team for Expense and Headcount within FP&A to partner across the firm, delivering financial and strategic analysis, oversight, and coordination of budgeting and forecasting.

Our FP&A teams handle forecasting, budgeting, reporting, and the development of dashboards, advising line-of-business CFOs on profitability and efficiencies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a technical field.
• 8+ years in Financial Services or related accounting/controller background.
• Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, Alteryx and Python skills.
• Strong knowledge of AI tools and data-driven decision making.
• Clear written and verbal communication; ability to present to senior management.

Responsibilities

• Budgeting, reporting, forecasting and analysis of expenses and headcount.
• Develop efficiency analytics, location strategy, and span of control insights.
• Create business cases for initiatives and track performance metrics.
• Prepare executive presentations and lead month-end, forecast, and annual budgets.
• Drive automation and design new reports/dashboards for senior leaders.
