Job summary

Morgan Stanley is seeking a Vice President of Capacity Planning & Analytics in Tampa to lead long-range workforce planning for contact center operations. You will own forecasting, staffing, and capacity models to balance client experience with cost and headcount objectives, while partnering across departments to drive data-driven decisions.

You will develop advanced analytics, drive continuous improvement of forecasting methodologies, and lead a team of capacity planning analysts in delivering

Qualifications

• 7+ years in forecasting, workforce planning or analytics.
• Experience leading forecasting for multi-line businesses.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Experience with large datasets and data-driven insights.
• Proficient in Python, SQL, R, SAS or similar.

Responsibilities

• Lead short-, mid-, and long-term demand forecasting for multiple business lines.
• Translate forecasts into staffing and capacity plans.
• Build models for volume, AHT, shrinkage, attrition and occupancy.
• Develop scenario-based forecasts to assess impacts.
• Create cross-skill and blended staffing models.
• Monitor forecast accuracy and service levels; adjust for seasonality.
• Own capacity and reporting for key stakeholders.
• Evaluate WFM and AI tools; drive process improvements.
• Lead headcount planning and develop capacity planning analysts.
• Provide insights for executive decision-making.
