The Vice President, Capacity Planning & Analytics is responsible for leading long-range workforce and resource planning for our contact center operations. The role is also responsible for the creation and implementation of advanced analytics functions that enable data-driven business decisions across multiple lines of business. This individual will own forecasting, staffing, and capacity models to ensure optimal service levels at efficient cost and adhering to contractual obligations, in close partnership with multiple internal departments. This role develops and oversees accurate demand forecasts, staffing plans, and analytical models that balance client experience, operational efficiency, cost management, and headcount outcomes.
As a strategic leader, Vice President reports to an Executive Director, and partners closely with leaders to translate complex data into actionable insights, optimize resource allocation, and influence key business decisions. The role drives continuous improvement of forecasting methodologies, analytical frameworks, and decision-support tools to ensure the organization can anticipate business trends and respond effectively to changing client and operational demands.
This role serves as a critical strategic partner to leadership, ensuring the organization has the forecasting accuracy, workforce insights, and analytical capabilities required to optimize performance, support growth, and deliver exceptional client and employee outcomes.
